Anthony, a native of Boston's Dorchester neighborhood, decided to apply his strong culinary skills towards operating his own restaurant and catering business. He knew early that the success of his business would depend not only on his operating skills, but also on his ability to develop a strong, well-managed business. LEAF guided and coached Anthony through the business development process, including sales budgeting, operations benchmarking, and projecting financials. He ultimately won the Fields Corner Collaborative Pitch Competition in late 2017 and will open his new restaurant and catering business in the spring of 2018.
