What do you like best about LEAF?
Fatiha: What I like best about LEAF is the teamwork and the genuine commitment everyone has to doing good, both locally and beyond. Each LEAF individual is truly passionate about supporting underserved communities across the country, and it shows in the positive impact we’re able to make on other people’s lives.
How do you spend your time at LEAF?
Fatiha: I spend my time at LEAF focused on being actively involved, learning from the team, supporting ongoing efforts, and contributing where I’m needed. I make sure I’m staying engaged with our mission, whether that means working on community-facing activities, collaborating with others, or helping keep projects moving forward.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Fatiha: Outside of work, I like volunteering and helping promote financial literacy and economic justice in my community. At home, I unwind by gardening and experimenting with new recipes.
This blog is being published the week of Morocco competes in the Men’s World Cup. What are your thoughts?
Fatiha: Morocco’s success at the 2022 FIFA World Cup was no accident. It was the product of years of strategic planning, perseverance, and teamwork. As the 2026 FIFA World Cup unfolds, Morocco’s continued competitiveness reinforces the message that sustained success is built through long-term strategy, not chance. By reaching new heights, Morocco has inspired underrepresented nations around the world to believe that the World Cup is not just a dream. It’s an achievable goal.
