Filipino Pop-Up Set to Open Permanent Restaurant in February

Friends and supporters of the soon-to-open Filipino restaurant, Tanám, gather for a New Year’s Party

In the mood for Filipino food? Well you’re in luck because Ellie Tiglao’s popular Filipino pop-up restaurant, Tanám, will be permanently open for business at Bow Market come February 2019!

LEAF recently made a loan in support of this soon-to-open restaurant to Olio, a worker-owned culinary collective. To celebrate this recent transaction and the upcoming new year, friends and supporters of Tanám hosted a party in the space, serving food and drinks and selling cocktails à la carte.

Since then, Tiglao and Tanám were featured in a Boston.com article and shared with the site that they are expecting to complete their restaurant with an outdoor bar serving Filipino bar snacks and cocktails by spring of 2019.

Congratulations to the Tanám team and the Olio collective; we can’t wait to dine in soon!
