Local Enterprise Assistance Fund (LEAF) is a CDFI Certified by the United States Department of the Treasury. LEAF has received financial assistance from the Department of Treasury to assist in operating its programs. As such, LEAF complies with the following federal statutes:

Provision of Language Services: LEAF offers a range of written translation and oral interpretation services to ensure meaningful communications with Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals. This includes our own bilingual staff in Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Cape Verdean Creole, a culturally diverse team. LEAF is committed to effective communication with Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals. With our diverse team, and translation services LEAF enhances the accessibility and responsiveness of our programs to meet the linguistic needs of our community.
Awareness of Free Language Assistance Services: LEAF ensures that LEP individuals know the availability of language assistance services at no charge. This includes the translating services for application and instructional forms.

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC): For employment discrimination complaints.
